Disturbing security footage shared by police shows a man wrapping up a woman from behind as she walks down a hallway in a Philadelphia apartment building.
Investigators say the attack happened on the afternoon of July 22 at the Wissahickon Apartments. Police shared video of the attack on their YouTube channel Tuesday.Investigators say the suspect, a Black man with braided hair, followed the victim into the apartment building around 4:40 p.m. and attacked her inside a hallway.
I do know some of the apartment complex's leave the garage doors open to be accessible for neighbors, but people can get hurt too. They definitely need to close the doors, that's for sure."Security was seen in front of the main entrance and patrolling outside, but the fact that the person is still out there has folks in the neighborhood concerned. Barnes went on to say, "It's scary. I've lived here all my life, so unfortunately, I'm used to watching my surroundings.
