The woman, whose identity is unknown and believed to be between 38 and 39 years old, was found on the ground between two cars. She was shot once in the chest, police said. A short time later, a man showed up to the emergency room at nearby Nazareth Hospital with gunshot wounds to his face and left arm.Small said it appeared the two victims and another man met up in the parking lot when the shooting happened.
