AN associate of controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik could be charged as early as Thursday for allegedly insulting Hindu gods, said an activist today. While the police are not ready to confirm as to when Muhammad Zamri Vinoth Kalimuthu, 35, will be charged, civil society group Agamam Ani Malaysia’s Arun Dorasamy said court action will be taken tomorrow.
