Allianz General Insurance branch manager Fang Suat Lim, 49, testified that the policies were for 10 luxury cars and eight high-powered motorcycles.
The policies – valued at between RM113.80 and RM8,552.52 – were registered under Ahmad Zahid’s name, his wife Datin Seri Hamidah Khamis, and their children Nurulizwani, Datuk Nurulhidayah and Ahmad Shafiq Hazieq. The amount of payment made by Ahmad Zahid for the policies between January 2015 and November 2015 was RM65,070.04, excluding a 10% commission.
