The Harapan Manifesto cannot overrule the MACC Act and the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. And the MACC Act and the Federal Constitution of Malaysia say that it is Dr. Mahathir's prerogative to appoint Latheefa as the MACC Chief Commissioner. End of story.
