Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Yong Teck Lee proposes ‘Sabah My Second Home for Malaysians’ as an initiative under Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor’s Sabah Maju Jaya progressive concept, as the State is a harmonious sanctuary when compared to places mired with obsession with tense identity politics.

“Sabah is, I dare say, the most harmonious society in the whole of Malaysia, if not Asean. Give ourselves an applause. Sabahans are one big family. We are also a Malaysian family.""I would like to propose, in Sabah, other than MM2H – Malaysia My Second Home, we also have SM2H – Sabah My Second Home, for non-Sabahan Malaysians from other states,” Yong said.
