The Xiaomi Pad 6 is now official in Malaysia. It boasts a fluid 144Hz display, quad speakers, a more powerful Snapdragon 870 processor and up to 256GB storage for under RM1,500.

As part of its early bird offer, customers who purchase the Xiaomi Pad 6 at the stores can get 50% off either on the Xiaomi Pad 6 Keyboard or Xiaomi Smart Pen . Meanwhile, customers who purchase the free Redmi Buds 3 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version online will receive a freeMeanwhile, the online exclusive Xiaomi Pad 6 is offered with an early bird price of RM1,349 and Xiaomi is also bundling a mystery gift worth RM399. However, this offer is valid only for the first 200 customers.

In the camera department, the Pad 6 features a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Also included are quad speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio and there are also quad mics designed for better voice pick-up. To turn the Xiaomi Pad 6 into a PC-like productivity machine, you can pair the tablet with the Pad 6 keyboard and Xiaomi Smart Pen . Running on MIUI Pad 14 based on Android 13, users can connect their phones to mirror the smartphone display on the tablet and perform seamless drag-and-drop file transfers. Take note that the Xiaomi Pad 6 for Malaysia doesn’t support mobile data connectivity as it is a WiFi-only device with support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 gets a large 8,840mAh battery that is rated to last up to 16 hours of video playback and it supports 33W fast charging via USB-C. The USB-C port uses USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard which can push 4K video output at 60Hz. Overall, the tablet with an aluminium alloy body weighs 490g and it is 6.51mm thin.
