The Sabah Government congratulated WWF-Malaysia on its 50th anniversary and commended its conservation efforts, particularly in Sabah.

WWF-Malaysia held a two-day conservation conference at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort on Nov 3 to 4, 2022 sponsored by the Sabah Tourism Board.The speech of Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Environment Datuk Jafry Arifin themed “Government commitment to protect biodiversity and sustainably manage natural assets in Sabah” was read out by Augustine Tuuga, director of the Sabah Wildlife Department, representing the Ministry.
