THE Health Ministry reported 21 new Covid-19 clusters today, of which 11 involved workplaces and nine from community transmissions, said director-general of health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. There was also one high-risk group cluster, called Jalan Residensi in Penang, with 29 cases involving staff of a medical centre.
