"The suspect acted aggressively during the attempted robbery and punched the victim in the face and head before running away," he said in a statement Thursday . ACP Vijaya said the victim has provided the police with details of how the suspect looks like and efforts are underway to track him down. "Based on the description given, the suspect is thin, has shoulder-length hair, tanned skin, and is in his 40s,” he added.ACP Vijaya urged those with information on the incident to contact their nearest police station.
