A 35-YEAR-OLD woman lost RM106,500 after being told by a Macau Scam syndicate that she was involved in money-laundering and drug activities, on September 20.
Kedah Commercial CID chief Elias Omar said one Encik Razali allegedly from the Kuala Lumpur Post Office had telephoned the woman, from Sg Petani, over an envelope under her name containing an identity card and eight automatic teller machine cards she had sent from Alor Setar.
