A witness in the Cradle Fund chief operating officer Nazrin Hassan murder trial was asked if she had fibbed in her witness statement.
He asked Nur Ronal if she had fabricated information to cover up alleged misdeeds that occurred at the scene. “Are you saying this to cover up the police and bomba . Did your investigating officer tell you to say so?’’ asked Muhammad Shafee. He said firemen Stanley Nigau Nyalang was one of the first to sight Nazrin’s remains in the room and had not mentioned that Nur Ronal was there.“I don’t agree that I fabricated the witness statement because I was there and I do not know the victim or the accused. So there is no reason for me to create a story, ’’ said Nur Ronal who told lead prosecutor Datuk Salim Soib @ Hamid Mohd why she disagreed with Muhammad Shafee.
