Menterinya, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein berkata, pihaknya sudah mengarahkan Wisma Putra untuk beroperasi seperti biasa walaupun perlu dilaksanakan dari rumah, dalam talian atau apa jua cara.
“Rakyat kita di Itali dan Iran adalah tumpuan utama kementerian sekarang. Hari ini, saya juga arah Wisma Putra melihat kepada rakyat kita Amerika Syarikat. Dalam pada itu, Hishammuddin turut berterima kasih kepada seluruh warga Wisma Putra termasuk perwakilan Malaysia di luar negara atas kesungguhan sepanjang krisis ini.
“Kita mesti perangi wabak Covid-19 ini bersama-sama. Kita doakan juga, semoga wabak ini segera berakhir,” katanya.
