The wife of a car accident victim who was killed when a vehicle driven by a motorist believed to be drunk at Jalan Pintasan Kuantan, Kuantan, on Monday hopes the suspect receives a fitting punishment.
Zetti Haryanti Hassan, 42, said the sentence should be a deterrent to other people not to commit the same offence as it could mean that a family loses their loved one who was the backbone of the family.

Don't stop just at drunk driving. Reckless driving, run thru traffic light and many more road violation cause death. Even pedestrian crossing walk. All of them choose to be irresponsible on the road. Let punish all of these offenses
The laws r there. So prosecute fully. Problem with drink driving is the enforcement more than the laws.
