PUTRAJAYA: Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin today dismissed claims by Perlis mufti Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin that government leaders are not proactive in addressing offensive remarks aimed at Muslims, saying the police are currently investigating 53 cases.
“And we will continue to do so. We view this matter very seriously and we would like to put an end to such things,” he said in a special interview with the media to mark Pakatan Harapan’s one-year anniversary. However, Asri defended his remarks, saying the authorities had not acted against government leaders who insulted Islam.

Is Islam so weak that it can be insulted? Or is it some of its followers are weak minded?
Its about time that the empire struck back. Too often, the government has given in to critics all too easily. Perhaps, only a selected few ministers should be given the authority to voice out. The rest... please leave it to PM to talk.
