Zarina Mohd Ali, 59, said that two of her children, Khairun Nabilah, 29, and Khairun Nisha, 22, are suffering from chronic kidney disease which has left them almost hospital-bound since they were 18 and 20 years old respectively.
“I thought many times of just getting rid of the car so we no longer have to pay the RM500 monthly instalment, but that’s the only vehicle our family has right now,” she said. “I come from a large family, as does Shila, who wants all of our closest people to be there on our special day.
