The filter categories include unread messages, personal conversations and business-related chats 👀 WhatsApp TechNave

As shared by WABetaInfo, the feature was spotted in WhatsApp Beta for Android version 2.23.14.17. Specifically, the feature allows users to easily filter the chat list by three categories.

These include options for organising chats based on unread messages, personal conversations and business-related chats. Users can filter their conversations right within the chat list, located at the top. It replaces the tabs that were previously located there. Of course, given that the app is merely testing the feature on its Beta version, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s confirmed to roll out to the full version of the app. Hence, we just have to wait for an announcement from WhatsApp in the near future.

Until then, make sure to stay tuned to TechNave for the latest development on this and for more trending tech news!
