In a Facebook post on Friday , Dr Wee said the answer he received in Parliament differed from previous statements.
"Seeing the answer that I received, the minister said that issues regarding the sale have not been decided," he added.It said the decision on the future path for MAS has yet to be finalised and that for the time being, the company would operate as normal while maintaining efforts to control losses and improve its services.
Dr Wee noted that in a previous news article quoting the Prime Minister, several buyers were already interested in purchasing MAS.
