PETALING JAYA The Johor state government should be more considerate towards tenants who were asked to leave the state government's flats in Pasir Gudang after they failed to pay rental arrears, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
He said Pakatan Harapan leaders should look at the economic situation and know that the high cost of living is burdening the people.Dr Wee said he was shocked to read the news that the residents were chased out of their homes and only given 10 minutes to pack their belongings. Dr Wee was referring to an article published by Utusan Online, where 11 families were chased out of their flats ahead of the fasting month of Ramadan.
