KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government did not purposely delay the tabling of the anti-party hopping Bill, says Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.

The Sabah Chief Minister said contrary to what the Opposition was saying, the state government was actually making sure that all procedures were complied with before they could bring the Bill for tabling.

“Contrary to allegations by the Opposition, the state government has not purposely delayed the tabling of the Bill to curb state elected representatives from switching sides,” said Hajiji.
