The thief sure worked fast!

Local radio announcer DJ Yoon recently bought herself a new car but it was stolen in a matter of minutes just 78 hours after purchasing it.

Yoon explained on Facebook that she was dining at a restaurant with her husband on 6 March and they parked the car across the road somewhere in Petaling Jaya Section 17. The police informed her that MPVs like hers are often stolen. Yoon said she’s considering getting a strong steering wheel lock to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Unfortunately, some people think it was a prank and said Yoon would be fine because she has lots of money. To those who see other people’s misfortunes as a joke, I hope you stay healthy and safe.
