He said Warisan president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal was not just a local figurehead but someone with capabilities. “They have several young and capable leaders as well, so I am sure they can grow bigger when they go national. But it will not be easy. It will take time for it to establish itself after setting foot in the national arena,” Poon said.
