KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Warisan mempersoal Kerajaan Negeri Sabah di bawah pentadbiran Gabungan Rakyat Sabah mengenai apa yang dilakukan selama tempoh tiga tahun mentadbir, namun berlaku masalah kewangan terhadap syarikat milik kerajaan di negeri itu.
“Sementara kerajaan GRS mendakwa GLC tidak beroperasi dengan baik, sudah tiba masanya untuk mereka mengatasi kelemahan mereka sendiri. Ini bukan ujian atau tempoh eksperimen, ini adalah tanggungjawab kepada rakyat. Kelmarin, Menteri Kewangan Sabah, Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun dilaporkan berkata, terdapat lebih banyak GLC di Sabah yang mengalami kerugian berbanding mereka yang memperoleh keuntungan.
Pada 22 Disember tahun lalu, Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim berkata, pelantikan orang politik bagi jawatan dalam GLC mestilah berdasarkan kelayakan selain mematuhi syarat-syarat tertentu.
