“Tidak mustahil mereka juga dikehendaki di sana dan kemudian lari masuk ke negara ini serta tipu rakyat China yang berada di negara-negara lain. Desakan tersebut dibuat selepas terdapat kes melibatkan rakyat Malaysia yang ditahan dan diseksa sindiket di negara itu sehingga terdapat rekod kematian yang telah dipalsukan dipercayai bagi menutup kegiatan sindiket berkenaan.
“Perlu diingat, jenayah pemerdagangan manusia sehingga ke peringkat antarabangsa dan ia boleh memberi kesan kepada reputasi negara,” katanya.
