Ketua Polis Daerah Ipoh, A Asmadi Abdul Aziz berkata, siasatan polis mendapati gelang dipakai wanita itu ialah gelang untuk memasuki sebuah taman tema. Beliau berkata, pihaknya menerima laporan daripada peniaga kedai makan di Jalan Kamaruddin Isa, Taman Fairpark di sini, kira-kira 12.22 tengah hari tadi yang menafikan dakwaan berhubung gambar itu.
Terdahulu, Pengarah Kesihatan Perak, Dr Ding Lay Ming berkata, pihaknya turut menyiasat dakwaan wanita berkenaan disyaki melanggar Perintah Pengawasan dan Pemerhatian Di Rumah selepas menerima aduan.
