Katanya, perubahan itu dibuat sebagai menjunjung titah Sultan Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah supaya waktu solat Subuh di seluruh negeri menggunakan parameter 18 darjah di bawah ufuk, berbanding 20 darjah di bawah ufuk sebelum ini.
“Sehubungan itu, Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Perak telah membuat keputusan bahawa hukum solat Subuh yang telah dilaksanakan sebelum perubahan ini adalah sah dan tidak perlu diqada,” katanya dalam kenyataan, hari ini. Zamri menegaskan bahawa perubahan itu hanya membabitkan waktu solat Subuh tanpa membabitkan waktu solat fardu yang lain.
Katanya, seluruh rakyat Perak boleh merujuk laman web atau Facebook rasmi Jabatan Mufti Perak bagi mendapatkan waktu solat Subuh terkini dan maklumat lanjut mengenai perubahan itu.
