Vote for those who have truly helped Sabahans, says Najib

KENINGAU: Former prime minister Najib Razak has urged Sabahans to vote for candidates and parties that have proven themselves helpful to the people in the upcoming state polls.

He said this was a simple solution for those who were still undecided on who to vote for, due to the sheer number of candidates and parties contesting. “Let’s not be confused with symbols or anything. We want a government which has a good track record, one that is capable, one that is not only good at speaking or using their emotions, but a government which is able to implement the law.

“We want a stable government. We cannot be changing all the time, and we don't want any more 'frogs'; we want loyalty,” he said at an event in Kampung Ansip today. Najib added that the Pakatan Harapan-led government had forgotten its duties and failed to prove that it was better after coming into power, as they were too focused on seeking revenge against Barisan Nasional.View More Commentary
