vivo V30e Malaysia release - 8GB + 256GB variant, price at RM1399

Today, vivo Malaysia announced the latest vivo V30e. It's available in just one memory configuration - 8GB + 256GB at the official price of RM1399. vivo fans can now get the V30e in Coco Brown or Sky Mirror according to their preferences at the official vivo Concept Stores, vivo eStore, and its online stores on Lazada and Shopee as well.

To recap the tech specs, the vivo V30e is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, a 6.78-inch 120Hz 3D curved screen, and a bigger-than-usual 5500mAh battery which is a first for the V series. Moreover, its AMOLED display has 1300nits peak brightness and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and plus, the phone also has an 8GB RAM Expansion that can increase your phone's RAM to a total of 16GB altogether.

At the camera corner, the V30e has a 32MP HD front camera and a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary + a secondary 8MP ultrawide 5P lens dual rear camera setup. As usual, vivo integrated a lot of features for the camera. This includes a new HD Portrait Algorithm with 2x zoom mode, Aura Light Portrait 3.0, 4K video recording, Micro Movie mode, Color-Adaptive Border and a new vivo Colar System.

Last but not least, the V30e runs on Funtouch OS 14 which is based on Android 14 OS. It should also be noted that only Coco Brown uses a glass back cover whereas the Sky Mirror variant features a plastic composite sheet on the back. The USB port is also only 2.0 version but at least NFC support is available. It's worth mentioning the IP54 water and dust resistance rating and cooling system.
