Selain tiada lesen CDL serta LKM tamat tempoh pada 2012, penunggang motosikal berkenaan juga mempunyai 8 rekod dadah dan jenayah.

Kes percubaan penunggang motosikal untuk lari daripada Sekatan Jalan Raya ini sememangnya perkara yang biasa berlaku dalam kalangan mat motor yang tidak mempunyai lesen kenderaan sah ataupun sudah luput.

Penunggang motosikal jenis Yamaha Y125ZR itu dipercayai cuba untuk mengelak dari SJR yang sedang dijalankan di lokasi kejadian. Penunggang tersebut juga telah diserahkan kepada Jabatan Siasatan Penguatkuasaan Trafik IPD Port Dickson untuk siasatan lanjut kerana menghalang penjawat awam menjalankan tugas.

Menerusi video tersebut, dapat dilihat pegawai tersebut terpelanting akibat rempuhan yang agak kuat sehingga menyebabkan seluruh anggota badannya terhempas di atas jalan raya.
