Kota Kinabalu: Seorang usahawan salon berusia 61 tahun didakwa di Mahkamah Majistret atas tuduhan menyerang isterinya.

Liew Khien Kwat mengaku tidak bersalah di hadapan Majistret Stephanie Sherron Abbie secara sengaja menyebabkan kecederaan ke atas isterinya yang berusia 28 tahun pada 22 Jun, jam 10 malam, di sebuah unit di Apartmen Taman Kendara 2, Penampang.Tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan dibaca bersama Seksyen 326A Kanun yang sama.
