Nanta berkata perkara itu merupakan salah satu fokus utama beliau setelah dilantik menerajui Kementerian Kerja Raya , selain memastikan projek bermasalah di seluruh negara dapat diselesaikan secepat mungkin. “Sudah pasti tumpuan saya projek Lebuhraya Pan Borneo Sarawak untuk dilaksana dan disiapkan dengan terbaik, selain projek di Sabah juga kerana difahamkan pencapaian di Sabah belum memuaskan,” katanya selepas mengimbas kad perakam waktu sebagai simbolik memulakan tugas rasmi di ibu pejabat KKR, di Kuala Lumpur hari ini.
Fasa pertama projek yang dilancarkan pada 2016 itu sepatutnya siap tahun ini, namun di Sabah, projek tersebut kini lebih 60 peratus siap, manakala di Sarawak lebih 85 peratus.
