Pada 19 Januari, Perdana Menteri Anwar Ibrahim memperkenalkan ‘Malaysia Madani’ sebagai usaha mengemudi serta mengangkat semula martabat dan kegemilangan negara di persada dunia berteraskan enam rukun iaitu keMampanan, kesejAhteraan, Daya cipta, hormAt, keyakiNan dan Ihsan.
Selain itu, isu panggilan terputus susulan liputan yang tidak stabil turut diperhalusi serta menambah liputan 4G kepada golongan 3% terakhir iaitu penduduk di kawasan kampung dan terpencil yang masih tidak mendapat akses kepada kemudahan itu.
