Underground water movement caused Kemensah Heights landslip, says fire dept

A LANDSLIDE that damaged 19 double-storey terrace houses and forced the evacuation of 28 households in Jalan Kemensah Heights, Kuala Lumpur, is believed to have caused by the movement of subterranean water following a downpour. Selangor Fire and Rescue Department deputy director Wan Md Razali Wan Ismail said the flow of the underground water caused the soil to slide.
