Johor police chief Comm Kamarul Zaman Mamat said initial tests showed the two suspects, aged 23 and 27, were positive for tetrahydrocannabinol .
He said police also detained a 23-year-old man worker, adding that the suspect failed to produce a valid business license. "Some 28 officers from our Narcotics Crimes Investigation Department were involved in the operation at two entertainment centres around Johor Baru," Comm Kamarul said in a statement on Friday .Comm Kamarul said police also seized speakers, a microphone, a line mixer and a laptop from the unlicensed centre.
He said all suspects have been remanded to assist investigations under Section 15 of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and Section 6 of the Johor Entertainment and Places of Entertainment Enactment.
