"Initial investigations showed that the suspects were believed to have shown their private parts to the victim," he said in a statement."Both men tested negative for drugs and they have no prior criminal records.DSP Mohd Asri said the case is being investigated under Section 14 and Section 15 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017."We also advise against spreading unverified news.
