The Johor Fire and Rescue Department Operation Centre said it received an emergency call about the incident at 4.36am.
Iskandar Puteri Fire station chief Mohd Khairi Zainuddin said 14 firemen as well as a Fire Rapid Tender and an Emergency Medical Response Services vehicle from the Iskandar Puteri and Skudai stations were deployed to the scene.Mohd Khairi said the male driver and 25-year-old passenger E. Thiban were pronounced dead by the paramedics from the Health Ministry.
He said the two other passengers - 26-year-old R. Shantihasheelan and 29-year old R. Kohlian - suffered injuries.He said the bodies of the two victims were handed over to police for further action.
