JOHOR BARU: The remand period for the two policemen who allegedly extorted money from a man at the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine here has ended.
“The remand period for both suspects ended on Monday , and they will be given police bail,” he said in a statement here on Tuesday . They were initially placed under a three-day-remand starting from Saturday . The remand period was later extended for another day until Tuesday.
