Kota Kinabalu OCPD Asst Comm Zaidi Abdullah said the duo were nabbed not long after the victim, a 53-year-old, lodged a report about Saturday's incident.He said following the attack, the victim sustained bruises on his face and other parts of his body.He said they opened investigations under rioting and two men were subsequently nabbed.ACP Zaidi said the incident occurred following dissatisfaction among workers who have yet to receive their salary.
They were supposed to get their wages on April 5 but it was delayed. The workers are expected to be paid by Monday or Tuesday .
