Sick people can't make decisions on their own. It's folly to do what Khairykj suggested yesterday. Either we admit them into wards or we get help from local clinics to help monitor them daily. chedetofficial

Agree fully with Tun M on this. Cat 3 patients need to be closely monitored by medical personnel to see which way they will go. Most prospective BIDs would be Cat 3. Plans should be made for special Cat 3 medical facilities to reduce pressure on full-fledged Covid hospitals.
