GEORGE TOWN: A lorry driver was caught red handed after illegally unloading a truckload of construction waste on an empty land in Minden Height in Gelugor.

"The irresponsible act of the lorry driver dumping construction waste illegally was recorded by MBPP officers.

"The violation was recorded while MBPP Public Health assistants were conducting surveillance near Lorong Endah 2, Minden Heights in Gelugor."An investigation will be initiated against the suspect to be charged in court," said the council in its Facebook post on Thursday .Article type: metered
