Muhyiddin said outsourcing would lower the burden on the government. Local communities would be able to play their role in rehabilitating addicts. Muhyiddin said outsourced treatment would help to ensure that addicts can have a more successful recovery, maintain their recuperation and contribute to the development of the nation’s human capital.
