HEAVY traffic continues to build up on major highways and roads to the north, south and east coast of the peninsula, as the Hari Raya “balik kampung” exodus picks up pace. The Malaysian Highway Authority reported that traffic is becoming more congested on several stretches of the North-South Expressway as at 2pm.
