Tough action likely against TikTok, WeChat, warns US aide | The Malaysian Insight

WHITE House trade adviser Peter Navarro said yesterday he expected President Donald Trump to act against the TikTok and WeChat applications, amid rising tensions between Washington and Beijing. Trump last week had said he is considering banning the wildly popular TikTok app as a way to punish China over the coronavirus pandemic.
