Any time is a good time to clean up your social media accounts, removing posts or photos that are embarrassing or that you just don't want to see any more. Thankfully, there are tools to help.
One tool that can help is the Social Book Post Manager extension for the Chrome browser. You can set conditions such as year, month or"Text contains" and the tool will scan through your activity log and delete posts that meet those criteria. To see what's out there about you it makes sense to set up a Google Alert on yourself – not just your actual name but also user names or nicknames that you use for various services and networks.
