Tiger in dog attacks caught in trap at Orang Asli village

A tiger which is believed to have attacked pet dogs at an Orang Asli village has been trapped by wildlife rangers.

Kelantan wildlife and parks director Hafid Rohani said the male tiger, given the name ‘Apek Bihai’, was caught in a trap set by wildlife rangers after a complaint about the tiger from Kampung Hak villagers in July.
