KANGAR: Tiga individu mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Majistret, di sini semalam atas dua pertuduhan menipu wang dua kakitangan sebuah kilang sarung tangan berjumlah RM23,635 bagi tujuan pelaburan pada 2020 lalu.
Perbuatan itu dilakukan pada 30 Disember 2020 sekitar pukul 9.51 malam di sebuah rumah di Felcra Lubuk Sireh, Kaki Bukit, Perlis. Berikutan itu, tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan mengikut Seksyen 420 Kanun Keseksaan dan dibaca bersama Seksyen 34 akta yang sama dimana jika sabit kesalahan boleh dipenjara tidak lebih daripada 10 tahun dengan sebatan serta denda.
