Pengarah Kesihatan Johor, Dr Aman Rabu, berkata permohonan cuti juga berlaku seperti biasa, namun mengingatkan mana-mana doktor kontrak didapati terbabit dalam mogok itu akan dikenakan tindakan tatatertib.
Kumpulan itu dikatakan akan membuat bantahan dengan mengambil cuti kecemasan atau cuti sakit sebagai membantah “sistem tidak adil dan gaji rendah” dalam sektor penjagaan kesihatan awam. “Kalau masih berlaku juga , kita akan berikan nasihat dan teguran terlebih dahulu. Sekiranya mereka terus melanggar, tindakan tatatertib akan dikenakan…itu arahan kementerian.
Aman ketika mengulas lanjut, berkata, setakat ini pihaknya tidak mempunyai makluman berhubung sebarang perancangan mengadakan mogok oleh doktor kontrak di negeri itu.
Walaupun tiada yang memohon secara mendadak, kerintihan dan isu mereka harus dipertimbangkan dan moga satu jalan penyelesaian boleh dicapai.
