Kata kenyataan itu, proses siasatan tersebut adalah bebas daripada sebarang campur tangan mana-mana pihak. “Justeru itu, tohmahan yang mengatakan siasatan SPRM tersebut atas arahan pihak tertentu dan bermotifkan politik adalah tidak benar sama sekali serta telah menjejas imej Suruhanjaya ini,”jelas kenyataan itu.-utusan
