It was posted on DBKL’s Facebook page that a total of 19 food premises were visited, out of which one was closed.
From the 18 premises visited, a total of 29 compounds were issued under the Licensing of Food Establishments By-laws 2016 for various violations specifically on handling of raw food items and cooking utensils, as well as cleanliness.Some also suggested other areas suspected of having dirty eateries for future operations.
