Terdahulu, PayNet mengesahkan pengguna aplikasi itu akan dikenakan caj bermula 1 Nov ini dan menjelaskan MDR atau turut dikenali ‘merchant discount rate ’ bukan perkara baharu kerana dikecualikan ketika tempoh pengenalannya pada 2019.
